LOL I just put that as the title to see how nosey people are. Sorry to disappoint but it's just my regular daily blog :-)
I woke up as planned early and showered and got dressed into my sweatpants and T-shirt and did Yoga with Layla at 7am. It's amazing that in the short amount of time we have started it again that it already really helps give you an energy burst first thing in the morning. It's also nice to know that it is helping shape and tone the body by doing yoga on a regular basis. Straight after yoga, I changed into jeans and took Bella for a nice long walk.
It was a really nice and bright day and I could already feel my mood lift and it was leaps and bounds better than yesterday. It's amazing the difference a sunny day can make to your mental health which is why I know I definitely have S.A.D as it's always around this time of year my depression rears it's ugly head. I'm hoping that now I can recognize it coming on easier and that I can try and take steps sooner to help myself before I spiral down.
Took a couple of arty farty pics whilst in the park (as you do). I like capturing textures or patterns in nature or regular items when I am out and about. It was nice to see the frost on things even at 8:30 as it hadn't quite warmed up yet.
Completed the Burger King part of my Market Research, reviewing the chicken Royale and how the menu could be improved etc. It was quite straight forward and just had to take a pic of it and then record a couple of videos answering various questions.
Later int he afternoon I had to go over to Stockport to do a taste test on Muesli and also record a video reaction to the packaging of different brands on the shelves of a makeshift supermarket. The one I tried was a brand called Joyful that I had never hear do before. It actually made muesli quite pleasurable to eat as it had millet flakes in and rather than being all birdseed-like and taking an hour to eat, it felt more like a breakfast cereal. I'll be trying it again for sure as it's a lot healthier than crunchy nut cornflakes.
I managed to tick a few things off my To Do list that needed doing. Sorted out mums Christmas Decs, Went to see my grandad which was long overdue. We did explain though that we had stayed away whilst we were both ill.
On the way home I bought a KFC so I could complete the next stage of the market research and will complete the vlogs tomorrow. The final stage is next week where I have to eat a McDonalds chicken product and chat to a moderator for an hour. £120 for my thoughts so winner-winner chicken for dinner lol.
I think I also identified one of my triggers today and a way to not let it send me into a spiral. I can't change the actions of others so instead, I just need to find ways of coping with them and not letting their actions get me down. It's still a work in progress but I and trying.
Had a few games on the PS4 with Fi and managed to complete a few missions that we've had waiting for a while. It's very rewarding when you start to master a game and the new Warzone challenges you mentally rather than just being a point-and-shoot kinda game.
All in all a good day today. Bring on tomorrow :-)
