Who's a poser?

Stuck to my word and was up at 8am for Yoga and then made myself a breakfast smoothie with banana, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla protein powder. It fills me up until lunchtime rather than something that makes me hungry in about an hour.

Today was Day 3 of the photo challenge....Something Blue. I still find it hard to understand why people struggle with the whole PHOTO challenge and post gifs, or screenshots from the internet, some even describe what they would have taken a photo of? The whole idea is to encourage people to consciously take photos of a given subject. It does speak a lot about people when you see the things people choose. Some actually put thought into it, others see it as an opportunity to post another selfie rather than focus on the object. It's probably going to be quite revealing.

Took the dogs straight out for a walk while it was still nice and quiet out. I much prefer to go out with the dogs when it's early and there aren't as many dog walkers about that I have to avoid. Bella isn't the most social of dogs and can be a bit full-on trying to challenge any dog big or small that comes near just wanting to say hello with the obligatory bum sniff lol.

I was watching TV and felt Bella wriggling about on the sofa and turned round to catch her striking a pose like she was a lady stood up with her hand on her hip lol. She just looked at me like it was normal and I was the silly one for laughing.

So I thought I would add myself into the pic (Ros from the Tavern suggested it lol). AAwww she is such a cutie I just love her to bits. Bonnie looked suitably unimpressed lol.

Had the usual family drama when Kirsty has her phone off and mum decides that something catastrophic has happened. Only to find when I get hold of her that it's just that her battery is flat or screen is broken, I forget. I have never known anyone who has so many problems with their phone, be it no credit, no battery whatever it might be. Kirsty is one of those people who you can rarely get hold of, although to be fair she does usually answer the phone to me, battery allowing etc.

Made a lovely tuna caesar salad for dinner with a few extra bits on like grated carrot, crispy salad onions, and sweetcorn. I love it when the weather starts to change and I can eat salads loads more as I feel in the mood for them. It's not something you always want to eat when it's grey and miserable outside.

Early night as up at 5am tomorrow to start to get back into the routine, ready for a trip to Cumbria in the morning.
