What a difference a day make

Well, I can't believe only the other day it was gorgeous blue skies and lovely (all be it freezing cold). Woke up this morning and the snow had started coming down but not sticking. So I went to my network meeting at 8:30am at a new venue called Billingtons in Oldham. It was organised by Angela Cullen and Marie Grady and was very informal and free to go. I'd invite Elaine from Not Just Travel, who is also doing Tavern Travel for us. By the time I got home it had been snowing quite a bit and our road hadn't been touched by the gritters so I thought I am not chancing to go all the way to Bolton to sit in standstill traffic on the motorway. I messaged my appointment to explain and sent them the info they could use to put together an order.

Bella has been so much better today and she had a tin of tuna for her breakfast and mash and cod for dinner. I know she isn't really keen so once I get the results of her allergy test back I can at least introduce other foods that she is more fond of. Then I won't feel like a mean Dog daddy lol.

Andy Lee walked down to mine as part of his fitness regime and we had a brew and a catch up. We've planned movie night up at his tomorrow but as I went to bed tonight the snow was coming down thick and fast so I'm not sure if I am going to be able to get the car off the drive or not yet. I'm meant to be driving over to Cumbria tomorrow for an appointment but not a chance am I going in this weather as the roads will be mental.

This is the snow situation at the mo and it's going to be snowing through the night too.

Early Night to bed and I will try and use Eddie's carpet cleaner tomorrow to clean the upstairs carpets since I probably won't be able to go anywhere.
