Today was a bit quieter than yesterday so I used the time to put together reels for Instagram for the suppliers I had a chance to film and took photos of their stands. Other than that there was nothing eventful to report.
Got my train back to Manchester at 2:45pm. The train was pretty quiet so I managed to get a table with a power socket so I could catch up on my emails and a few surveys on the way home. Partway through the trip two youngish women got on, one of which was pregnant. They were talking quite loud so I couldn't help but hear them both. The non-pregnant one used the word LIKE in every other bloody word of her conversation and before you knew it preggers lady started doing it too. Once I noticed it you just couldn't not hear it and it was like Chinese water torture. At one point preggers said "Have you ever noticed in meetings how she always says, 'and that's how it is' after very long statement, image the minutes". I couldn't help but say out loud (to myself) "it could be worse the poor bugger could have to write LIKE after every third word". The woman sat facing me, smiled knowingly lol.
Went straight to mums from the station to pick Bella up and then home cos I was starvin and needed to get some food before bed. It's funny how traveling can take it out of you, I was goosed when I got home and couldn't even be bothered cooking so just had beans on toast and hit the sack.
