On All Fours

Woke up at 5am as normal and got up albeit a little bit rough after putting away quite a few drinks last night. Was still determined to stick to my routine though and do Yoga (Day 4 -On all fours) at 7am. It's actually getting a bit easier cos I already know some of the poses so don't need to constantly watch the TV as much. I still feel like a fat Buddha when I have to reach for my ankles etc so clearly need to lose some weight so I don't have a cushion in the way lol. What looks like relatively easy movements on the Yoga video seems like some kind of contortion to me. That said I currently get out of breath putting my bloody socks on in the morning. Maybe I should adopt that annoying fashion trend of shoes with no socks, that would fix it ;-)


Went to pick the dogs up from mi mum and got us both a MacDonalds for lunch. I had one of those really healthy McDonalds that are half the calories ;-) Well, I left half mi fries and couldn't manage all the bun on my chicken Delux things so that's kinda the same thing right?


Although I am trying to get into a bit of a better shape for my birthday (maybe oblong), I don't intend it to be a permanent thing. Whenever I do any kind of healthy eating or diet, I just end up miserable cos all I think about is food. I'd like to lose some weight yes but I don't wanna be all gym obsessed and gorgeous. It's hard enough fighting off all the unwanted attention as it is, without being any more irresistible lol.


Anyway, this kinda sums up my weekend......
