Had a nice lie-in after working last night but was still wide awake at 8am just didn't get up. When I did eventually get up it was another hot day outside. Luckily I had my amazon purchases arrived today and as soon as it came I went straight to work making ice pops and lollies lol. For what you pay for a pack of lollies you can just get a bottle of fruit juice and make a load of your own.
I started rewatching a Netflix series that I had forgotten about after series 1 and couldn't remember. It's called Locke & Key and is one of my kind of shows as it's an escapism type show not claiming to be real or anything. It has 3 seasons now so at least that's my evening viewing sorted for a few nights lol.
I think I have realsied though why my sleeping pattern is all off. Apparently there is something called your circadian rhythm which regulates your sleep. As I havent been doing my usual rise at 5 and getting out in the sunlight early doors, it might have thrown it all off. The sooner I can get back into a good routine again the better. I just can't seem to wake up in the mornings for some reason. It doesn't help that work is so slow at the moment so its hard to stay motivated when you have no appointmnets booked in. :-/
