Scream on Screen

Up early and headed off to Cockermouth at 7am so that I had plenty of time to allow for traffic as needed to be there for 10:30am. Had a productive Christmas appointment and did a few orders for my various companies. I was panicking a bit as I had a lot to get through and needed to be back from about 3:45 for a market research zoom. Luckily I finished on time and he traffic was okay on the journey home. Driving back made me realise how lucky I am to have a different drive to work every day and I get to see some lovely views that you can sometimes take for granted.

Soon as I got home I just had time to unpack the car and then get up to my office to start the zoom call.

After the zoom I headed to mums for meet up with Kirsty for the cinema. She had ordered use Chinese food for dinner for the 3 of us on her Uber Eats account. After dinner, we headed into Manchester as I'd booked us two tickets to watch Scream VI via my Buckt tickets. The cinema was almost empty when we arrived but it soon filled up. I'd booked us the back row so there would be nobody sat behind us, as I jump enough when watching anything scary without having someone sat behind me lol. We had really comfy seats that reclined and had a footrest that extended out at the touch of a button. Did have drink envy though when I saw the guys in front arrive with Tango two coloured slush puppies.

The movie was okay but I think they have far-fetched the hell out of the franchise now and it's almost laughable that they expect you to believe who they reveal the killers to be each time. It was nice to go out thought and spend time with my sis as we don't get out much together these days.
