Got up straight away when my alarm went off and emptied the boot ready to collect my airport passengers lol. Made some quick breakfast and then drove round the corner to pick them up and load their cases in the boot (proper service lol). It was a really quiet run to the airport and back at that time and I was back home again for 6:30am as you literally drive in and straight back out now to avoid paying stupid prices at the barrier. It was only £5 as I was in and out in 5 mins. Not a bad hourly rate that if you add up how many cars must pass through there per hour.
When I got back I made myself a brew and then got stuck in with my expenses so I was up to date with last financial year. If I didn't go straight up to my office with my brew I would have put the telly on and procrastinated for a few hours. Once I got in the swing of it, I thought I might as well do this year, so I am now completely up to date, If I do what I always threaten to do and complete the previous month's expenses on the first of each month it should be an easy task for this years end of year accounts. We shall see how that play out lol.
Layla had overslept as her phone hadn't charged up so we missed out yoga session and are going to start the new 30 day challenge tomorrow. I was quite relieved as I would have used it as an excuse not to carry on with my expenses. I think it's the one with Adrienne again, which I like cos she varies them and also some can be just 15 mins and the longest is usually 30 mins. It's just nice to start the morning doing some stretching and getting the blood pumping.
Speaking of blood I went the docs after lunch and had some blood taken and my blood pressure done 3 times. I think she was just trying to make sure the machine wasn't faulty because it was probably THAT high. I did explain I used to be on blood pressure tablets but they kinda fell by the wayside when they didn't come through on the app for me to order them on repeat so I just kept forgetting and before I knew it months had past. I didn't feel any different so just didn't bother sorting it out. My apple watch does keep warning me when it goes high and I have been stationary so it's probably important to get them sorted again. Oh I also left another wee sample, hopefully, it won't show any blood in it this time which might indicate if it was kidney stones they are moving along?
Went down to mums' to collect Bella and stayed for a bit while we swap ailment and doctors appointment stories lol. It's definitely a sign of your age when you are comparing your list of things wrong with you :-/
I'm trying to run my 2nd freezer down so didn't want to buy anyting to make for dinner or I would just end up with more stuff to put in it so had some soup for dinner and will do my best to use more stuff tomorrow for lunch and dinner so I can get it thawed out. I do find it hard not to buy more stuff so that I can make more meals though so I might just have to bie the bullet and pull everything out and just thaw it with a hair dryer so it's quick and I can get everything put back in.
Had a couple of hours on he PS4 with Fi and our new friend Steve who we team up with whenever he is on. Its so much easier playing wiht a full eram of 3 that can chat to each other etc rather than a 3rd person who is doing their own thing.
Just before bed I got a phone call off my mum in tears because Gillian has take her dog to the vets (Bellas sister) and she has got something wrong with her pancreas and also got sepsis. The vet has just rang her to say they dont know if she will make it through the night. Poor bloody thing. That will be 3 dogs in the past 12 months, I just cant even imagine how she must feel. Dogs are such good companions but it is absolutely heart breaking when they are ill or pass away. I just hope she makes it until the morning so they can go and see her. I'm currently in bed as I type this and Bella is lay next to me snoring her head off bless her. She's finally getting used to being at he top of he bes with me. She always goes downthe bottom end during the night thought I think she gets oo warm.
