I received a bottle over overnight Collegan boosting mask from Clicks Research to product test for a month, If you want to test products leave a comment with your email or drop me a mesage and I will refer you to the clicks panel. This website is mainly skincare and beauty products that you get sent but I've had quite a lot from them over the years. The proucts are one already on the market from leading brands and the testing is to get feedback so when they say "80% or women found ther fine lines reduced" thats how they get the info.

Also received two Versace aftershave samples from SuperSavvy, can can sign up to them by just clicking this LINK This panel gives you chance to earn points by completing surverys, testing products and also keeps you updated with the lates free stuff available from big companies.

Got an unexpected call from Andy Lee first thing to see if I fancied going for breakfast? Since I didn't really have any bread or milk in, I thought why not.

He took us to a cafe on Manchester Road that I would never have even known was there. It was your typical small greasy spoon (nowt wrong with them, I'm just setting the scene). Going out for breakfast isn't something I do often but it's a good idea when you can't be bothered. He knew the owners and I think they always support him at his gigs, so he likes to return the favour, which is always nice.

I was going to order the small breakfast but Andy talked me into the large for an extra 50p. I knew I probably wouldn't eat it but you got spam and black pudding on the large and I've not had spam in years so went with it.

You got two rashers of bacon, two sausages (and I liked that they were cut in half and fried so nice and crispy outside), egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, spam, plus two buttered toast and unlimited tea of coffee. All for £5 but he only charged me £9 for the two, must be Andy's discount.

The photo probably doesn't do the size justice, as if they had put everything on them long rectangle plates all separate it would have easily filled one.

I couldn't finish mine so asked for the meat I'd left to be boxed up so the girls could have a treat when I got back ;-). They loved it.

You couldn't buy half the ingredients to make that at home, let alone everything and then spend ages cooking, cleaning up all the mess etc. Definitely worth a visit (I'll find out the name). Friendly older couple and the plate wasn't swimming in grease which always puts me off so thumbs up.

By the time we'd had breakfast it was glorious sunshine, so after Andy dropped me off home I nipped to the garden centre for some compost as I wanted to re-pot Patricia (my purple plant from Layla).

When I got her she was just a little cutting and she seems to have thrived at mine but I've had to wrap her growing shoots back on themselves as she is too big not for the windowsill. So I put her in a large plant pot I had and taped two canes together so she has some support and wrapped the stalks around the canes with some garden wire. Hopefully, she will be able to stretch her legs a lot more now. I need. to buy an indoor decorative pot to put the plastic one inside next then she is fully relocated in her new home.

Do I then need to throw her a housewarming? lol

I did my best to 'close my rings' on my activity thing on my apple watch, but the exercise bit isn't so easy when you are working from home as I am sitting down most of the day. I usually manage to close the 'stand' ring which is the turquoise one. I like this as it prompts me to get up every hour for at least a minute so that I don't end up just sitting down all day and without realising not getting up much for hours. The next goals I need to focus on are red and green, red being the steps element and calories burnt and green being the exercise bit. Completing the green should in turn fix the red. I'm already loving my watch and it will always remind me of the people that bought me amazon vouchers for my birthday.

I| wasn't that hungry come dinner time after that big breakfast so I just made some halloumi with a few chopped salad bits with some balsamic glaze. I thought I would treat myself to a frozen cocktail, that mum had brought around for the 'drive party' but we forget all about them.

So I had a Woo Woo, okay two cos it made two small ones, and didn't see the point in wasting it once I had opened it (well it is Woo Woo Tuesday after all lol). I used to think you had to save cocktails for weekends or special occasions but that two days now I've had cocktails during the week. Again going with my ethos not to stack all the good stuff at the weekends and wish your lives away.

Tomorrow morning I am taking mum to her hospital appointment so I thought it would be an appropriate day to start with number one on my 'Influences list' which is My mum. If you have no idea what I'm talking about see the blog post below:-
