Didn't get up at 5 this morning for some reason I didn't wake up until 5:3o and even though it was only half an hour, it didn't feel as if my morning was as relaxed as usual as I had to speed through some things.
This morning's Yoga (Day 6) was all about your core, so a lot of Ab work, but luckily only 16 mins long.
Groundhog day going back to the appointment I mistakenly went to yesterday lol. On the plus side the customer placed a nice order for Ziggle baby gifts as she loved the Summer hats. Who could blame her though as they are nice designs?
On my way back I passed a field with lots of spring lambs in it and it got me thinking (that's not usually good). How come for cows and pigs they call the meat Beef and Pork but for little baby lambs they call it lamb? It just makes it a lot harder to not think of a little lamb :-( I'm not a vegetarian or anything but I could quite easily be if I thought about it too much, I have to literally try not to make the association between what's on my plate and what I see in the fields. I love animals and especially if I see little lambs they remind me of Bella and Bonnie (my dogs). I am actively looking to reduce my meat consumption and most of the time I buy vegetarian sausage cos I think they actually taste nicer and there is no nasty bit of grizzle in them :-/ I often eat Quorn mince or pieces and if you are putting them in anything with a sauce, they just tend to take on the flavour so I really can't tell the difference.
Seems today that everyone on Instagram is wanting to give me £1000 for one reason or another. I've either won a draw or I've just been chosen at random and all I need to do is add either an email or phone number to my contact details and take a screenshot. Meanwhile, they send a password reset request to Instagram which goes to the new email/phone number and they reset it locking me out of my own account and allowing them to scam my friend's\ list. Must think I was born yesterday and I told them so in not so polite terms.
I've had about 4 already this week. They don't even acknowledge your replies, they just carry on with their script. One said, "I am not a scammer, calm down". To which I replied, " I am calm and very chilled, I'm currently doing the Dogward Dog on my yoga mat, and guess what? I'm not one day old, BECAUSE I WASN'T BORN YESTERDAY NOW SLING IT". That was one of my more polite responses. Sometimes if I can be bothered I will play along with them for a while but it depends if I'm okay for time.
Then on the other hand, a real person that should be giving me money that I am owed, has not been in touch to update me on the progress of this so called money clearing in his account. Must be coming from an off shore account of something that takes longer than normal banks do ;-) I try not to let it stress me as I have doone all that I can do at the moment and just need to let it play out. Time for bed.
