I got up at 6am so I could sort all my plants out and move them all downstairs. I thought it would be easier for my house sitter if they are not all over the house in every room and are just all in the lounge and kitchen/dining room.
I've acquired quite a few plants now. When they are all together there looks like I've far too many but when they are all the rooms they just to the look of each room and soften the edges.
I went to pick mum up at around 10am after I had printed off my boarding passes. We had to call to pick up some raffle prize donations and then nip into Oldham for some bits I needed for my trip. I got the essentials like toothpaste and suncream. I also got some insect repellant stuff and cream for bites. Not that I am planning on getting bitten, as Kath got me some skin so soft from Avon which is meant to be great for stopping mozzy bites. They must not like the smell or taste?
When I was looking through my phone for a video I found some old pics of a halloween mask I ordered online from China. Needless to say what arrived did not look like picture, so I put the into a small video....
Did a mad quick packing of my case and then jumped in a taxi to Picadilly train station to start my journey to Euston station and then on to Victoria to meet Layla. The train was pretty busy but the journey passed really quickly and before you know it I was hopping on the tube. I find it easy to navigate round London after having to find my way around so many different countries when I did my Around the World Trip, so London is a doddle.
Layla & Jupiter met me at Victoria and then we jumped in Layla's car to hers. Kirsty was still there as she hasn't been well the past couple of days so didn't feel up to traveling 5 hours on a coach. We had a quick snack and drink of water and then it was time to hit the sack ready for a long ass day of travelling.
