Layla and myself were looking to start a new Yoga challenge and out of the blue one of her friends sent her a link to a new Yoga teacher on Youtube 9it's like we cosmic ordered it lol). So we started a new 30 Day Yoga challenge from today we will be doing Yoga with Tim. He does different routines than Adrienne so it's always good to try someone new.
If I can get a body like his I'll be made up lol (yeah right), failing that a body like his on top of me LOL.
Nice coffee straight after Yoga and boiled egg on toast sat in the garden in the sun. It's meant to be in the 80's this weekend so fingers crossed that's the start of our summer.
Trying my trousers and shirts on to find a pair that fit for Ascot day made me realise what a fat heffer I am. I don't wear shirts and pants often so they are probably a better indication of how much weight I have put on since I last wore them. Jeans and T-shirts I have probably bought new and bigger sizes since but formal stuff I hardly wear/buy.
Layla arrived at about 3pm and we all started getting ready as me and Kirsty were going to six by Nico and Layla was going to a concert. When we were ready we collected Nicky inthe Taxi and headed into town. We actually got there early so met Rachel, Debbie & Sharon in Grand Pacific.
The 3 of us had a grand pornstar which is a slight twist as they use Guava juice, not passionfruit. It ws nice as not as sweet as passionfruit and a nice change.
Pretty much as soon as we had drank it we were on schedule to walk over to the restaurant.
The theme this time was Miami to Ibiza and I have to say with regret that this is the first time I have been disappointed with the experience. The service wasn't up to as good as previous visits and also there were a few other issues, one of which being the steak. The meat was really tough and /Kirsty even sent hers back. Only to be told be the waitress "yeah weve had a few problem with the steak today" !! What?? Not really something you want to hear cos if there has been issues why have they not been rectified.
Also Sharon was ill during the night after she'd had the steak course and when we left I urgently needed the loo and I'm glad I made it to a bar in time. :-/. It would obviously be unfair to judge six by nico by one bad exp[erience after all the positive ones I'd had. It's just a shame though that most people in our group were there for the first time. As it was still daylight we got the tram back to save taxi money as it's about £30 from town.
