Well I must have needed the sleep this morning cos I didn't wake up until 8:30 and even slept through my alarm. I think in future I am going to go back to leaving my phone at the other side of the bedroom so that I have to get out of bed to switch the alarm off. The other thing that doesn't help you wake up naturally is when my bedroom is dark cos my blinds are closed. When I opened them the sun was shining and it was a lovely day to wake up to. All the books say you need a dark bedroom to sleep properly, but then you don't wake up with the sun. So I am going back to my old ways of eye mask on at night so its dark, with the blinds open. The eye mask usually comes off during the night so when I wake up the blinds will be open and the sun will be out.
Anyway got up and had a quick coffee and bagel then took Bella for a walk. So the Yoga didn't make it past day 2! :-( I will get back into it again though cos I really notice a difference when I do it for a while. I would like it to just be a regular part of my daily routine so I become a lot more flexible etc.
Got a lot of small jobs done off my various To Do Lists, including bringing my accounts up to date ready for when my accountant is back from holiday tomorrow.
Made appointments for the rest of the week to try and get my Christmas orders in, Only problem with that is the orders don[t usually go out until Sept/Oct which means the money doesn't come in until a month after that, when I could really do with some in now :-/
