Got my next lot of activities from Buckt to keep me busy this month (not that I need help being busy over the festive period). It's a great way though to stop myself getting into the winter rut of coming home, shutting the door and not seeing anybody all winter. Instead, I will at least have reasons to get out and about to do the activities they send.
Winter is usually the time of year I struggle the most and I'm sure that I'm not the only one. I have slipped back already inot not getting up at 5am due to the dark mornings so my next task is going to be to set up my SAD alarm clock again so I get my brain producing serotonin in time to wake me up when my alarm goes off. If I can manage it through the winter again it will be a doddle in the summer months.
This month's activities are a bit eclectic but that's what makes it interesting, doing things and going to places that you wouldn't normally do or go.
I know I defo won't be doing the Whiskey tasting as I hate the taste of Whiskey, so might have to get a stunt double to take my place lol.
Started watching 'Happy Valley' again from the start because season 3 the last one is starting in the new year. I'd forgotten just how good a drama it was, so I will have something good to watch at night over the dark winter nights. Sarah Lancashire is such a good actress and I'm proud to know she was part of Oldham Theatre Workshop. That's made me remember something I want to do in the New Year. I'm going to get new headshots done and sign back up with an agent to get some auditions again. I've really missed the whole acting thing and definitely want to pick it back up. The beauty is you are never too old because there are roles of all ages that need people.
In other news I now have not one but TWO lots of accounts to get organised this month as I've got my own to sort out as well as The Virtual Taverns. I'm going to try and see if we have an accountant in the Tavern that might be able to help in return for a free Ad on our Directory or something. Otherwise It's £399 a year we have to find to pay for the books. :-/
