Don't throw a padi

Updated: Sep 7, 2022

Another 5am start and got another lot of washing done, hoovered the house (okay I know technically that's the brand not the action). Had to cancel this morning's appointment as my Christmas candle samples haven't arrived so I'm going to focus on some admin jobs and also work on some posters for The Tavern that need doing for upcoming events.

Spent some of the morning checking availability for flights and accommodation for Lanzarote so me and Layla can get our PADI diving course booked. We eventually found flights that landed within an hour of each other and we got accommodation on an all-inclusive basis for about £20 more than basic apartments. We are trying to do this trip on a budget as it's not really a holiday it's more to do our diving course ready for Bali.

It feels like a relief to get it all booked so we know it is definitely going to happen now as it's only just over a week away. I'm looking forward to doing my diving course as it's always a good life skill to have and will be of use on any holidays. That's one of the things I love about Layla she takes opportunities to do stuff all the time rather than just talking about it, she gets it done.
