Oh my Go-D !!! The bit under my eye seems to have gone really big and all underneath and in the corner of my eye is really swollen too. Karin got me some natural cream stuff for it and I also got some anti-histamine tablets off Leti. It was raining while we ate breakfast and so we thought we would maybe have an easy day (no such luck). After doing the food and water we were told we would need to do jobs “indoors” which was code for you can clean my house for me. So much for Harry saying I could have a couple of days off before I left.
I swept all the floors around the house and mopped them with a make shift mop which was neither use nor ornament for I ended up doing it with a cloth on my hands and knees. Leti and Flo washed the windows inside and Saskia tended to the baby Kangaroo’s as usual (very taxing I’m sure). When I finished Harry told me to come inside and have a coffee but set Flo about washing all the windows outside. I said I would have my coffee when we had finished and went outside to help Flo with the windows. I can’t stand it that he will just have us sat down while she is still working and scared to take a break.
After we cleaned all the windows we then cleaned the inside of the animal van and then washed the outside before it started raining. I say “we” it was Me, Flo and Leti, I think Saskia was in the kitchen somewhere kissin ass or tickling a few dishes to look busy.
During lunch Harry told us that tomorrow we would have a free day and just feed the animals and then we would all go to the market that was nearby. He said that we had to go in Leti and Flo’s car as there wouldn’t be enough room in the van (there would). He tried to sell it to us by saying that this would mean we could stay longer if we wanted but I knew that wasn’t really the reason. What would he of done if they hadn’t got a car? Besides which either it’s a day off or its not, you don’t say it’s a free day then insist we go to the market. GGRRRRR.
We all went back to our caravans after lunch and watch DVD’s on our laptops. We all had a shower before dinner and while Flo was taking her shower Harry came round throwing a hissy fit saying the water pump had been on all day and we’d all taken showers. Eerrrrr yeah! most people take at least a shower a day. He tried to moan to me about how girls always take ages in the shower etc but I really wasn’t interested, I just said “I take 3 minutes tops so its nothing to do with me”.
We had dinner at the normal time and as usual Saskia made a bee line for the baby Kangaroos to get out of having to do any washing up. Well not tomorrow she won’t I will make sure of it. Played Monopoly in the TV caravan for a few hours and I won. Which makes a change as I don’t usually at monopoly. Bed around 9pm (oh what a life lol),
