Had a quick but very profitable appointment in Lytham at Stringers department store. I've finally managed to get a regular appointment with the new buyer there. I was pretty much in snd out in 30 minutes because I'd already sent her the gift pdf's and she hd put together an order for a lot of gifts. We just needed to add some new greeting cards to replace some of the older ranges. Todays appointment definitely made up for the disappointing one yesterday and hopefully, the gifts will do really well and I'll get some regular repeat orders going forward.
I took the dogs on the field so they could run about and I didn't have to walk too much on my foot as it's still mega sore when I put any weight on it. I pretty much sat watching the world go by while they ran all over the place, even caught a bee in action flitting about collecting pollen.
After catching up on a bit of admin it was time to head over to Newhey for Andy's surprise 50th that Elena had arranged. I had to wear my walking boots to try and support my ankle but a bit of alcohol helped numb the pain. ;-)
