9 Day Cleanse - Day 9!

Okay, I haven't found it as hard as I thought which I didn't think I would say as I LOVE my food but I just kept remembering how fat I felt on holiday and that spurred me on.

Breakfast was a bit of a makeshift one as I didn't realise I have been over scooping my shakes :-/ I thought you filled the scoop to the top flat but there is actually a line to fill it to. So when I came to get my breakfast scoop there wasn't anywhere near enough. Moral is read instructions carefully, which I never do lol. I knew I needed protein though so I ate 2 slices of corned beef that I had in the fridge and check the calories were less than the shake.

AS I am on day 9 I need to transition into the next program so it suggested a low calories meal so I managed to get some Carrot and Cumin soup from a cafe near my appointment.

For dinner, I had some cheese and tomato pasta really early as my um had some spare when I went round. One thing I did notice I do though was put out a larger portion than I should when I am not able to have set measurements or scan the barcode. With that in mind once I ate what I thought was enough I stopped and gave the rest to the dogs. I normally eat quite quick so but the time my brain tells my stomach I'm full I've usually overeaten and then feel stuffed and uncomfortable.

I also think the secret sometime is to put your food on a smaller plate and eat slower so you start to feel full when you actually have eaten enough.

I was at a quiz night that I had organised for the BNI which I thought would be a challenge but it really wasn't. I offered to drive so I couldn't be tempted to drink and drank tap water all night.

Okay so time for the moment of truth. My starting weight 9 days a go was....

I'm well chuffed after just 9 days!! Still a long way to go so I I'm going to carry on with the supplement, Aloe and a shake as a meal replacement as it really fits with my lifestyle.
