Only 2 more days left to go now on this and I haven't struggled like I thought I would. I'll be honest with you I am normally a right food-a-holic and crave sweet things but I really haven't so far. I think the secret is to follow the plan properly. If you skip bits and don't eg have your fibre sachet or skip a supplement it won't be easy because you will start feeling hungry, but one the days I have stuck to it properly I have not found it hard at all.
Okay so with it being Sunday I thought I would treat myself to something tasty BUT I didn't want to blow my C9 SO I used my calorie counting app and put together a 600 calorie all-day breakfast for my dinner :-) I managed to get it spot on except the 1 cal fry light took me over by one calorie lol.
I even managed to squeeze in HALF an oven bottom muffin WITH butter. It almost killed me putting half back in the packet though lol, just cos I am not used to only eating half of one :-/ So it shows you can still have nice food and stick to your 600 calories. I know in the perfect worls I would of cooked a healthy meal from scratch but I just wanted something quick tonight.
Just to show I wasn't cheating....
I think this is a great app for seeing what calories you are consuming. I dread to think what a 'normal' day would look like before I started this as the daily calories would prob be in the thousands lol (there in lies the problem).
