Well, today was a breeze because all day I knew I had a meal to look forward :-) also you up the number of Shakes you have today so you have one with your breakfast, as well an apple, which almost felt like too much. I can usually eat quite a lot but I think the first 2 days has made me realise I don't actually NEED as much as I eat.
The rest of the day I just carried on with the program as normal and noticed I didn't need to pee half as much. I think it's probably my body getting used to the increase in the amount of water I am drinking as I don't normally drink water during the day (which isn't probably very good). I do feel like I have lost some weight already so took some day 3 pics to compare to my Day 1's. I won't be sharing those with you as I am waiting until Day 9 and then do another lot when I het day 24. I don't mind sharing BEFORE pics of me as a Fatty as long as I at least have good AFTER pics to compare with lol.
Been looking on the Aloe Life group page on facebook too and that really helps as there are lots of meal ideas and tips from people that have already done it. So far I haven't wanted to Gnaw my own arm off or eat a small child so it seems to be okay.
Drank plenty of water again and then for my evening meal I already had a M&S healthy eating chicken Curry and Onion Bhaji in the fridge which was only 370 calories so I did myself a side salad with it. The food was SOOOOooo nice and I actually ate it really slow so I could savor every mouthful. I am normally a really fast eater so it might a chance to take me time. If you are gonna have a ready meal, it just has to be M&S cos their food is the best.
Had another bowl of my homemade FREE Veg soup for supper so I didn't go to bed feeling peckish as I am normally someone who eats supper at night if Im hungry. that a bad habit I need to break.
It tastes a lot nicer than it looks lol.
A big test tomorrow for me will be at my BNI Meeting in the morning as they have a full English breakfast after the meeting. So we shall see if I am able to resist the temptation. Tune in tomorrow to see if I fail lol.
